We are more than happy to work with your existing media team.
They may be a part of the event, have a scheduling conflict or other media related duties to attend to on the day.
They could be on annual leave or not have the neccessary equipment for a one-off event.
If you would rather edit in-house, we can supply all of the footage and only charge for the recording service, plus file transfer time and cost of hard drive (unless supplied).

Sensitive or confidential information can be removed before the final video is released.
A full video of the event, or short highlights reel can still be created and shared for promotional purposes without those clips.

The short answer is from £45 per hour.

Allow an extra hour for setup and take down. Travel is 75p per mile from NG32. Editing, branding, graphics, etc are £35 per hour and will usually work out to be around 2-3 times recording length depending on the complexity. Prices are exclusive of vat and the usual expenses such as parking fees etc.

Branded graphics, slide presentations, animations and other media can be designed and integrated within the final videos. Any displayed media can be recorded.
